Physical Therapy Update

PT is still going well. I've been pretty achy the day after, but it's definately helping. My therapist tells me my range of motion has improved with each visit and is amazed by my decreasing pain level. She even joked I should keep my voice down, or I won't be allowed to return.

I had a little dose of reality yesterday after wearing high heels and carrying a nine month old on my hip to a party then trick or treating up and down Barton Ave. I was hurting pretty bad last night. My husband said, "that was stupid". He was right, LOL. His defense is it was what I would have told him. He was right about that too.

So, I guess there's not much to report really, which is a good thing. I'm just trucking along, happy to be walking and improving and hopeful for the future.
