THANK YOU! This is the first article that has given me hope as a runner that I won't have to have surgery... just yet. I have FAI and labral tears in noth hips and am just starting my journey with a diagnosis (set for a cortisone shot in ten days) after months of wrong diagnosis and treatment paths (hernias, stress fractures, etc etc!!)...
